Endorsed installers

In A Simple Shift, you’ll work directly with an endorsed installer. They’re your main point of contact and the face of the trial. They’ll guide you through the process and support you every step of the way. 

To take part, your installer needs to meet a small set of requirements. This makes sure you’re working with someone who is qualified, approved, and ready to support you throughout the trial. 

Requirements for A Simple Shift endorsed installers: 

• Be a SEANZ registered and appropriately qualified installer for solar and battery systems. 
• Be a Master Plumbers registered and appropriately qualified installer for hot water systems. 
• Be qualified to supply and install devices that meet the trial requirements. 
• Connect your device to the FlexViz system so it communicates as required. 
• Clearly explain the trial and help you complete the initial customer survey. 
• Follow the trial process, including registration and incentive payment steps. 
• Be available to support you for the duration of the trial. 
• Share feedback with us so we can keep improving the trial as we learn.
