Supplier process
If you need us to provide information to become a supplier for your organisation, please email our Accounts Receivable team and let them know what details you require.
Who does what when it comes to inspection and metering?
We recommend that inspection and metering representatives coordinate and meet on site with Powerco contractors and the customer’s electrician, where possible, to ensure each party’s requirements are met.
Where this isn’t feasible, Powerco’s contractor has the expectation that the customer’s electrician and inspector must have completed COC and ROI requirements in accordance with the Electricity (Safety) Regulations (73A) prior to Powerco’s contractor coming on site to perform the works. Powerco’s contractor can leave the site energised according to the CoC and ROI requirements (eg, to point of isolation or as otherwise specified), or can leave the site connected and deenergised by removing the Powerco fuse, as required.
