To ensure your applications are processed smoothly, please make sure all required information and documents are provided, and that payments are made on time.

Organise a free temporary isolation (removal of the service fuse), while you carry out internal electrical work by filling in the form below or phoning us on 0800 786 770.

Isolations are available 8am – 5pm, Monday to Friday (not including public holidays).

We require three working days’ notice to arrange your temporary isolation.
