At Alert Level 2, the easing of restrictions means it’s business as usual for our planned works programme. As well as being on standby to respond to faults and make any emergency repairs, our crews will be carrying out work that’s essential to ensure our network remains safe and reliable.
Your retailer – the company that sends your energy bill – will notify you about any work or outages impacting you.
We will continue to assess our planned work programme, particularly as more information from the New Zealand Government is available.
