I joined Powerco as a key account manager in 2003.  In 2004 I was offered the role of Customer Relations Manager, leading the Company's dynamic customer relations teams in both electricity and gas. The role provided a diverse range of challenges and opportunities but my journey with Powerco did not end there; In 2006 the role of Network Service Delivery Manager became available, I applied and was successful.  I was then appointed to the role of Electricity Service Delivery Manager in April 2008 which gave me an opportunity to focus on managing Powerco's electricity field service providers to deliver capital and maintenance works inline with cost, quality, and safety objectives.
