Mt Maunganui

Mt Maunganui (also known as "The Mount") is a popular town, well-known for its white sandy beaches, surf and laid back village feel, located in the city of Tauranga, Bay of Plenty Region. The extinct volcano (also named Mt Maunganui or Mauao) dominates the region. A relatively short climb to the top presents you with a panoramic view of the surrounding islands, city and Pacific Ocean.

The township offers a relaxed café scene, superb dining, history and culture with plenty of activity all year round. The Mount neighbours Tauranga city, (population 116,000) and currently  the fastest growing city in New Zealand's North Island.

Lower Hutt

Lower Hutt is located in the Hutt Valley in the heart of the Wellington Region. A 15 minute drive out of New Zealand's capital city will take you to this cultural, upmarket, seaside community straddling the Hutt River.

With excellent public transportation, great night life, fantastic shops, brilliant dining, café scenes, plenty of things to see and do, and a large thriving community, the residents have a mass of opportunities at their doorstep.

Palmerston North

Palmerston North has been labelled the "Knowledge City" as it is the home of many educational institutions including Massey University and UCOL.

This city of around 78,000 offers economical living, picturesque gardens, the impressive Manawatu River, and loads of recreational opportunities.

Palmerston North is the gateway to all of the North Island's hot spots, from the surrounding cities, the wineries of Hawkes Bay and Martinborough, the Art Deco town of Napier and Central Plateau skifields. Many of the town buildings were built in the 1920's and 1930's, these have been refurbished to create what is the historical but contemporary busy city square of today.
